Warehouse Finance Assistant

Job Description

Worldwide Positions is seeking a Warehouse Finance Assistant to join our team in the print manufacturing sector, specializing in litho and digital print. This role is based in West Rand and involves assisting the finance executive with warehouse-based financial and administrative functions. Candidates must currently be employed in the print manufacturing sector and have a strong background in warehousing within a print, packaging, or label manufacturing environment. The position aligns with our Employment Equity policy, giving preference to under-represented designated groups.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Cost accounting degree or financial qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years of related warehousing experience in a print, packaging, or label manufacturing environment
• Current employment in the print manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management software
• Experience with Syspro
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Own transport

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance executive with weekly cycle counts
• Perform stock counts, address queries, and resolve variances
• Close work tickets
• Receipt manufactured goods
• Place orders with suppliers
• Administer purchase orders (POs)
• Manage staff purchases
• Maintain supplier relationships
