Requirements

• A proven track record of daily sales and target achievement.
• The ability to identify and confidently sell to decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client connections.
• A valid driver's license and personal, reliable transport for travel across Gauteng.
• Industry experience in the Banking, Insurance, or Medical Aids sectors is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email tools.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ambition, energy, and a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment.
• National Certificate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales by meeting with clients and closing deals.
• Proactively identify and connect with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Bring in the internal technical team to help secure larger contracts.
• Cultivate and grow strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure.
• Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations with a focus on winning new clients.
• Represent the business in client meetings throughout Gauteng.
• Provide valuable market insights to help improve our service offerings.
