Job Description
To develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier technical IT talent, supporting technology clusters with strategic sourcing and placement, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including niche and hard-to-fill positions, with a strong emphasis on Technical IT recruitment
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting tools, techniques, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent, including hard-to-find rockstars
- Partner with hiring managers, becoming their go-to advisor and talent acquisition expert
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, both online and offline, to uncover talented individuals who align with Nedbank’s values and demonstrate excellence in their fields
- Leverage data and analytics to continuously innovate and improve the recruitment process
- Stay ahead of industry trends, understanding the nuances of internal and external talent markets
- Excel at knowing which levers to pull and when, whether it’s attraction drivers, sourcing channels, or other strategies, to optimize the recruitment process
- Contribute to a purpose-driven environment where the role contributes to a greater societal impact
- Support a culture that values integrity, ethics, and accountability
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and cooperation
