Job Description

The Receptionist/Secretary is the first point of contact for the provincial office, responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling queries, and providing information to the public. You will report directly to the Assistant Manager of Finance & Facilities Management.

  • Attend to visitors and handle general queries.
  • Supply information about the organization to the general public and clients.
  • Report to the Assistant Manager: Finance & Facilities Management.
