Junior Merchandiser

Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
• Must have an NCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant field.
• No prior work experience is required.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine which stock requires merchandising.
• Prepare and draw stock based on requirements.
• Perform quality checks on products on the shelf, including vintage, and ensure accurate stock rotation and price tags.
• Carry out merchandising activities according to the specified cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions and communicate them effectively.
• Maintain precise records of all merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per the established call cycle.
• Advise the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) about any out-of-stock products.
