This dynamic, 12-month Learnership Programme is an incredible opportunity for motivated young individuals residing in or around Roodepoort, Gauteng, who are looking to kickstart their professional journey. The program is specifically designed for unemployed youth, providing them with essential skills and hands-on experience in a professional environment, and improving their overall employability. Successful candidates will gain valuable industry knowledge by working alongside experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
• Must hold an NCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant field.
• No prior work experience is required.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to a professional working environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify which stock needs to be merchandised.
• Draw up stock requirements for the day.
• Inspect product quality, check for vintage, and ensure stock rotation and accurate price tags on shelves.
• Execute all merchandising activities in line with the specified cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on any customer complaints, queries, or requests.
• Maintain and communicate knowledge about products and ongoing promotions.
• Accurately record all merchandising activities.
• Execute calls according to the designated call cycle.
• Inform the RSM about any out-of-stock products.
