Job Description
The Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) is offering a 24-month internship in Communications. This program provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience within the public sector, contributing to the CGE's mandate. Successful candidates will enter into an Internship Agreement with the CGE.
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Between 18 – 35 years old
- Must reside within Gauteng province
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Journalism or Communications
- Editing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Computer Literacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must not have been previously employed by CGE
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as required within the Communications department
- Contribute to various communication initiatives
- Assist with editing and content creation
- Support general office duties as needed
