Job Description

Join Sage’s Partners & Alliances Team as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting Business and Tech Partners in line with AME's growth strategy. This hybrid internship offers practical exposure to partner relationship management and operational support in a dynamic tech-driven environment.

Requirements

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric
• Completed Marketing, Business Administration, or Business Management degree or diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer focus with a high-level customer service ethic
• Ability to simplify processes and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to learn and cooperate with others
• Deadline-driven with ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Availability to start on 1st October 2025 for 12 months
• Willingness to complete online assessment, video interview, and attend an Assessment Centre

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of integrity and ethics in all engagements
• Establish strong relationships across internal stakeholders and advocate for the team
• Ensure high satisfaction levels across Business and Tech Partners
• Communicate regularly with partners to meet enablement requirements
• Address partner concerns and drive resolution of issues
• Increase Channel Presence and engagement through strategic activities
• Support partner recruitment and onboarding processes for the AME region
• Promote best practices and operational efficiency across products
