Job Description

Join our Legal team as a passionate and detail-oriented intern at our Midrand offices. This programme offers hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, skills development, and professional growth within a supportive hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 matric certificate
• Completed LLB from a reputable institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• No criminal record
• Proactive and motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a good work ethic
• Interest in contract law, privacy law, competition law, and technology
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to complete internal personal development courses
• Availability to start the internship on 1st October 2025 for 12 months
• Willingness to attend assessment processes including a video interview and Assessment Centre

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting legal correspondence
• Review contracts under supervision
• Conduct legal research
• Attend meetings and participate as required
• Support the legal team in preparing and conducting internal legal training
• Use internal software tools effectively
• Assist in ensuring policies, contracts, and marketing materials comply with applicable laws
• Stay updated with internal policies and legal frameworks
• Complete all assigned tasks and development activities
