Job Description
Join Sage as a Customer Experience Intern and help engage with existing clients to improve satisfaction, resolve issues, and guide them through available support tools. This hybrid internship offers exposure to customer service operations in a tech-driven environment with support from a global leader in business software.
Requirements
- Grade 12 matric certificate
- A degree or national diploma is an advantage
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent telephonic etiquette
- Good understanding of Accounting, Payroll, and HR customer environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Motivated and proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer service team
- Availability to start on 1st August 2025 for 12 months
- Willingness to complete online assessment, video interview, and attend an Assessment Centre
Responsibilities
- Call customers and update internal records
- Resolve outstanding issues on customer accounts
- Guide customers on contact paths and escalate to relevant teams as needed
- Educate customers on using the IVR and Customer Portals
- Communicate trends and customer feedback to Customer Experience leads
