Job Description

Join our Midrand-based team as an Intacct Sales Intern and contribute to driving business success through administrative precision, campaign support, and customer satisfaction efforts. This hybrid internship gives exposure to sales operations within the Intacct business, with the goal of improving NPS and contributing to special projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Grade 12 matric certificate
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Clear criminal record
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting Solutions / Software is an advantage
• Self-starter able to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with additional Sage Accounting solutions is a plus
• Strong customer focus and service ethics
• Bold and positive approach
• Ability to simplify and communicate processes clearly
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
• Collaborative attitude and strong team spirit
• Conscientious and able to work with minimal supervision
• Deadline driven and able to handle pressure

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute positively to customer satisfaction metrics (NPS)
• Participate in campaigns and special projects, ensuring timely completion
• Ensure internal processes run smoothly and support customer-facing goals
