OUTsurance is offering a 12-month Human Resource Internship designed to provide unemployed graduates with structured work-based experience in a dynamic HR environment. Interns will support the Human Capital team with daily operations, administration, and service delivery. Requirements

• South African citizen
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Completed Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, LLB, or related field
• Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
• Unemployed in the last 2 months
• Aged between 18 and 35
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and computer literacy skills
• Organised, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
• Deadline and results-driven
• High attention to detail
• Takes ownership and responsibility
• Strong administrative capability
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resource team with daily administrative tasks
• Assist with HR processes, record keeping, and correspondence
• Deliver professional service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative in HR support tasks
