Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent
- Unemployed graduate between the age of 18 and 35
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation
- Self-Motivated
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Willingness and ability to learn
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Willing to travel at short notice
- Extremely High confidentiality and tact
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administration and staff file coordination
- Provide payroll admin support and reception relief
- Collate training-related data and logistics
- Compile interview and welcome packs
- Support induction and orientation for new staff
- Maintain the HR calendar and performance review scheduling
