Requirements

  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent
  • Unemployed graduate between the age of 18 and 35
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

  • Self-Motivated
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Willing to travel at short notice

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR administration and staff file coordination
  • Provide payroll admin support and reception relief
  • Collate training-related data and logistics
  • Compile interview and welcome packs
  • Support induction and orientation for new staff
  • Maintain the HR calendar and performance review scheduling
