FirstRand Bank is recruiting for its Graduate Programme, a permanent, full-time opportunity designed for high-performing final-year university students. Graduates are placed in roles within retail and commercial banking units, working in areas such as credit analytics, product and technology development, financial and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, brand and financial management. The programme includes monthly training sessions and an action learning project to support professional development.

Requirements

• Strong academic results (academic transcript required with application)
• Currently completing the final year of a university program in BSc or Commerce faculties
• Fields of study include: Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (usability and customer experience), or related fields
• Analytical and numeric mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Complete tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and update information on time
