Job Description

This graduate opportunity in KPMG's Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services practice focuses on Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance delivery across various industries. The three-year training contract involves supporting clients with compliance solutions while enhancing KPMG’s reputation in the marketplace.

Requirements

• LLB degree
• Other law degrees such as BCom Law or similar considered
• Strong academic background with at least 65% aggregate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Interest in Regulatory Compliance and/or Corporate Governance
• High performing team player able to work independently and foster a positive team environment
• Agility to adapt to changing environments and identify root causes of problems
• Creativity and innovation in developing solutions and improving processes

Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance activities including research, development, and updating of Regulatory Universe and Compliance Risk Management Plans
• Assist with contractual and policy reviews
• Engage in on-the-job training and content capacitation
• Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation
