Job Description
The City of Johannesburg (CoJ) is offering EPWP Opportunities to unemployed South African youth for the role of Environmental Health Assistants. The programme will run for a period not exceeding eleven months. Interns will be required to sign an internship agreement, in addition to an employment contract, committing to full participation in educational and workplace assignments in accordance with laid-down policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or NQF level 4 qualification
- Basic computer skills
- Computer Literacy – MS Applications
- Communication skills
- Batho Pele Principle Ethics
- South African citizenship
- Unemployed status
Responsibilities
- Assist with business permit processing
- Support public health compliance
