Job Description

Support education-focused research and monitoring activities, including policy analysis, data handling, LMS admin, and trend tracking within Kagiso Trust’s education pillar.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree (Honours degree is an added advantage)
• Unemployed graduate between the age of 18 and 35
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Detail orientation
• Self-Motivated
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Willingness and ability to learn
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Responsibilities

• Research education policies and trends
• Collate and analyse data
• Document KT’s Education Development Model
• Handle beneficiary feedback processes
• Address research queries and prepare reports
• Administer the learning management system
