Provide hands-on support for Melody Suite, including configuration, localized documentation, trend analysis, and enablement. Support CA leaders and employees to operate efficiently and align with business goals while contributing to training and organizational readiness.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials or relevant project experience
- Detail-oriented with high-quality output
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and optionally SharePoint
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with business applications and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of key business drivers and ability to support business change requests
- Quick adaptability to new tools and processes
- Teamwork, initiative, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Support Melody Suite configuration and governance
- Create localized documentation and conduct trend analysis for regional optimization
- Enable CA leaders and employees to operate without disruption
- Assist with training and enablement efforts for Melody Suite adoption
- Enhance organizational readiness and consistency across business units
