Dye & Durham seeks a Content Developer to design, automate, and maintain legal precedents used across Canada, the UK, and South Africa. The role involves document construction and formatting, research, automation using proprietary tools, and thorough testing to ensure quality and reliability of legal documents within the company's software suite.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and general word processing
- Strong analytical, organized, and methodical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately at pace and multitask
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and Internet
- Quick learner
- Experience with document automation (advantageous)
- Legal or law office domain knowledge (advantageous)
- Skills in MS Office automation such as Excel (advantageous)
- IT/IS background (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Construct, format, and style documents using MS Word and proprietary tools
- Research and understand the document environment
- Analyse document automation scope
- Automate documents using in-house programming tools involving logic and dialogs
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain developed documents
