E-Merge IT Recruitment is hiring a Product Designer for a fully remote, permanent role with a dynamic startup focused on reimagining how users save, shop, and enjoy online. This team builds smart, spam-free solutions for millions of users and needs a creative, user-obsessed designer who’s ready to stay involved from ideation through iteration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a product company or B2B SaaS environment
• Experience designing tools that support complex business processes or data-intensive workflows
• Strong background in application design
• Deep knowledge of design libraries and systems
• Proficient in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variable prototyping, etc.
• Strong collaboration experience with product managers and engineers across the product lifecycle
• Ability to uncover customer problems, explore potential solutions, and test assumptions collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Remain deeply oriented around customer context, goals, and pain points
• Lead and contribute to UX and interaction design challenges with product managers and engineers
• Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration
• Prototype and test creative solutions to customer problems
• Use data and customer research insights to improve experience and usability
