Join KPMG’s Consulting unit through their graduate programme designed to equip you with skills to provide clients with value-adding solutions in a fast-evolving technological landscape. The programme spans two years and involves working with diverse business units to tackle complex strategic challenges using cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, IoT, and advanced data analytics.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate, Honours, or Masters qualification in one of the following fields or similar: BSc Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science
  • BCom Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science or similar
  • BusSc Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
  • BSc or BEng Mechanical Engineering with IT/IS modules or similar
  • Engineering degrees including Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and Information Engineering or similar
  • BCom Mathematics or similar
  • BSc Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics and Economics or similar
  • BSc Mathematical Statistics and Economics or similar
  • BSc Applied Mathematics & Computer Science, Actuarial Science or similar
  • Degree in Business Mathematics and Informatics or similar
  • BCom Economics, Honours in Economics, Econometrics or similar
  • BCom Supply Chain Management or Procurement or similar
  • BCom Management Accounting or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar
  • BCom in Business Finance, Business Management degrees or similar
  • Master’s in Industrial Psychology (only candidates with or pursuing Masters considered)
  • Masters in HR or Honours students starting their Masters or Post-Graduate Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver client-facing engagements
  • Assist in executing project scope including use of innovative software and technology tools
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas and solutions with team members
  • Identify improvement areas and create solutions to streamline client service delivery, organisational structures, technology, governance, performance data, and processes
  • Research and gather evidence to stress-test client perspectives on challenges
  • Support project control activities such as initiation, tracking, reporting, risk management, and budget analysis
  • Liaise with client personnel at all levels, hosting interviews, meetings, and workshops
  • Create and present client deliverables including data models, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with development of client proposals
