Gain experience supporting community development, stakeholder networking, and event planning with a focus on civil society engagement during this 12-month internship.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate (Diploma or Degree preferred)
  • Unemployed graduate between the age of 18 and 35
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Self-Motivated
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Willing to travel at short notice
  • Extremely High confidentiality and tact

Responsibilities

  • Support community development and NGO-related tasks
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Engage stakeholders and network with partners
  • Assist in organisational support activities
