Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Unemployed graduate between the age of 18 and 35
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation
- Self-Motivated
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Willingness and ability to learn
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Willing to travel at short notice
- Extremely High confidentiality and tact
Responsibilities
- Support community development and NGO-related tasks
- Coordinate event planning and logistics
- Take meeting minutes
- Engage stakeholders and network with partners
- Assist in organisational support activities
