Requirements

• South African citizenship
• BA or BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Health & Safety, or Marketing & Communication
• Minimum academic average of 65%
• No more than 2 years of post-study working experience
• Growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Participate in vocational training and on-the-job learning in various departments
• Enhance operational efficiency and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor and improve order management and delivery performance
• Attend training sessions and company meetings regularly
• Collaborate across business areas to implement process improvements
