The role involves improving conversion rates, ensuring consistent and effective copy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across UX, SEO, and marketing. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web content editing or a related digital role
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or leading a team of web editors or digital professionals
• Proficient in CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
• Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, AHREFS
• Strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Experience with user testing methodologies and site speed audits
• Skilled in SEO copywriting and landing page optimisation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX and marketing teams
