Job Description

Stadio is hiring a Support Centre Advisor based in Polokwane to assist with front desk support, new student recruitment, and ongoing support to existing students. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission and registration process, and supporting ongoing student needs. Participation in marketing efforts such as school visits and expos is expected. The Advisor will ensure data accuracy and provide professional service aligned with the institution’s standards.

  • A relevant qualification (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Answer or direct inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries
  • Assist prospective students who visit the Support Centre
  • Keep record of visitors to the Support Centre
  • Guide students through admission and registration processes
  • Provide accurate information on programmes, qualifications, and financial obligations
  • Attend school visits, expos, and road shows
  • Provide and manage sales documentation and information
  • Follow up with leads and maintain marketing contact
  • Meet monthly targets for calls, interviews, and registrations
  • Review and manage enrolment documentation
  • Update student records on mySTADIO and P3 systems
  • Respond to web queries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Meet activity and registration targets
  • Participate in sales feedback meetings
  • Provide administrative support to existing students
  • Arrange student consultations with academic staff when needed
  • Participate in team training and development
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Support Centre Manager
  • Promote equality and diversity in service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, customers, and colleagues
  • Understand and use all required systems and tools
  • Be familiar with STADIO’s portfolio of educational programmes
  • Be available to work on weekends when required
