Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a key role focused on maximizing store sales while providing leadership and support to the sales team. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from direct customer engagement and managing sales budgets to handling administration and staff schedules. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation skills and excellent knowledge of the building and hardware industry.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Computer Literacy - Microsoft essential
  • Administration Skills and experience
  • Proven ability to create, maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Experience in project buying with suppliers.
  • Excellent knowledge of the building and hardware industry
  • MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong and persistent negotiating skills
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • 6 months Kerridge experience.
