Job Description
Ashton Personnel is hiring for a permanent full-time Supply Chain Planner in Alrode. The successful candidate will operate in a high-pressure FMCG environment and handle a range of planning and logistics tasks including reporting, tracking imports, and packaging procurement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years supply chain experience
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in an FMCG environment
- Grade 12 is essential
- Relevant diploma is essential
- Sound MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of Great Plains system would be an added advantage
- Own transport is not negotiable
- Willingness to produce planning reports
- Ability to handle daily feedback and WBR reports
Responsibilities
- Handle all short-term supply chain planning
- Manage various supply chain duties
- Confirm import orders
- Track import orders
- Purchase packaging
- Compile planning reports
- Compile WBR reports
- Compile various daily feedback reports
- Operate independently in a supply chain role
- Function effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Ensure continuous reporting and communication
