Job Description
Publicis Groupe Africa seeks a Social Specialist to act as a liaison between clients and Paid Media specialists, managing campaign workflows, resource allocation, and operational processes within the agency.
Requirements
- Experience developing operational systems and workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Good understanding of digital marketing terminology and technical aspects
- Familiarity with platforms such as CHASE, JIRA, Integral Ad Science, and Google Campaign Manager 360 (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Manage resource capacity and skills for SEO and Paid Media departments
- Coordinate with client leads and agency strategists
- Create scope of work documents including website audits and costing
- Anticipate capacity challenges and facilitate workflow solutions
- Manage digital campaign launches across multiple formats
- Ensure campaign briefs are complete and accurate
- Brief Campaign Managers and monitor campaign execution
- Set up and lead weekly status sessions tracking campaign performance
- Attend internal and client status meetings
- Build and traffic campaigns on Campaign Manager 360
