A global multi-award-winning film, TV, and audio visual production company seeks a detail-oriented Senior Producer to manage multiple productions, lead teams, and act as second-in-command to the CEO. The role covers corporate, television, multicam, and event productions, with responsibilities spanning client liaison, budgeting, scheduling, and strategic growth.

Requirements

• Degree qualification
• Prior full-time production experience in corporate, television, multicam, and events sectors
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with high emotional intelligence
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-pressure projects
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong memory
• Proficient with production software, tools, and AI
• Own transport required
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Highly dedicated, proactive, and solution-driven
• Passion for creating world-class content and growing within the industry

Responsibilities

• Lead client liaison to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
• Interpret client briefs into actionable plans
• Manage production teams across concurrent projects
• Source and negotiate supplier quotations
• Coordinate logistics including crew, equipment, travel, accommodation, and catering
• Create and manage production schedules and call sheets
• Oversee post-production to ensure quality and timeliness
• Manage production budgets and financial tracking
• Lead internal and client meetings, contractor briefings
• Ensure quality control at all production stages
• Identify and manage production risks
• Support CEO with strategic production planning and delivery
• Provide daily production and financial reports to CEO
• Contribute creatively and drive production innovation
• Allocate resources effectively across productions
