Senior Manager: Digital (RPA & Digital Transformation)

Job Description

Lead strategic digital transformation and automation initiatives across Finance and operational functions. Guide the design and implementation of RPA, intelligent automation frameworks, and innovative finance solutions. Provide executive leadership in client engagements and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Professional certifications in RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism), project management (Agile, Six Sigma, Prince2, Design Thinking)
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, RPA, and process reengineering with proven digital finance transformation case studies
• 5 years in a senior management or leadership role
• Business Process Outsourcing experience delivering finance automation solutions
• Extensive experience in RPA strategy, architecture, and implementation
• Experience in agile and waterfall environments
• Architecture knowledge (TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate, SOA)
• Software development skills (Java preferred / .Net / React)
• Cloud development experience (AWS/DevOps)
• Mobile development skills (iOS, Android, hybrid platforms)
• DevOps knowledge (Docker, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Strong data skills (SQL), Power BI
• General cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure)
• Expertise in process improvement, process mining, and business systems analysis
• Knowledge of RPA and automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Linx)
• Understanding of digital transformation frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience in data management, analytics, and digital integration
• Proven leadership in large-scale automation projects
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and C-suite engagement
• Strong financial and operational business acumen
• Exceptional report writing, presentation, and proposal skills
• Certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Lean Six Sigma)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and iPaaS platforms
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
• High attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
• Innovative, solution-driven, and commercially astute

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation advisory and implementation projects focused on Finance and operational areas
• Provide senior oversight on RPA solutioning, design, and implementation
• Manage digital solution design, systems analysis, and process reengineering projects
• Develop and implement automation frameworks using RPA, OCR, NLP, ML, iPaaS, and AI technologies
• Support integration of new solutions into existing systems and organizational processes
• Contribute thought leadership on intelligent automation practices and emerging technologies
• Facilitate executive-level digital strategy discussions
• Design digital roadmaps aligned with finance transformation objectives
• Identify automation opportunities using process mining and feasibility assessments
• Integrate analytics and data management into solution designs
• Manage project planning, scoping, budgeting, and delivery risk
• Develop project goals, staffing, timelines, and risk strategies
• Oversee quality assurance and stakeholder engagement throughout project life cycles
• Mentor and upskill junior consultants and RPA developers
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units for transformation opportunities
• Monitor and integrate relevant trends in automation and digital technology
• Define KPIs and success metrics for digital projects
• Lead business development for digital services including proposals, demos, and client pitches
