Publicis Groupe Africa seeks a Programmatic Specialist to manage the setup, execution, and optimisation of programmatic media campaigns. The role involves campaign management, troubleshooting, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and clients to drive media performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in programmatic media
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute programmatic campaigns for agency clients
• Perform daily campaign maintenance and monitoring
• Ensure creative assets are scheduled and ready before launch
• Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments
• Coordinate with media partners for accurate implementation
• Troubleshoot pre-production and live campaign issues
• Generate QA reports and provide campaign performance feedback
• Deliver monthly audit reports for invoicing and reconciliation
• Provide programmatic insights and thought leadership to agency teams
• Stay current with industry developments and share knowledge regionally
• Maintain operational excellence through best practices and refinement
• Educate agency and client teams on programmatic media
• Collaborate with data and performance teams for process improvement
• Manage full reporting responsibilities and data analytics
• Create workflow and documentation for major DSP platform changes
• Support agency leads and brand teams with programmatic expertise
• Attend client meetings and provide training as required
