Process Lead

Job Description

The Process Lead is a crucial role responsible for leading and managing both routine and non-routine improvement activities to enhance line performance. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of production lines and improvement methodologies. The Process Lead will actively engage in problem-solving and provide coaching to address and resolve chronic issues, ensuring continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Ideally has had a line assignment in manufacturing industry minimum 5 years
• Have In depth knowledge of end-to-end production line and improvement methodology.
• Understand manufacturing system such as: eSIM, SAP, and any other manufacturing system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the routine and non-routine improvement activities to improve line performance (PR).
• Actively lead IPS and UPS to attack critical and chronic defects with involvement of EO.
• Provide OTF coaching to help EOs address CL outages or understand and resolve root cause of chronic issues (complete 6W2H or to make progress on UPS on their equipment).
