Requirements

• Higher Diplomas in Business, Commerce or Management Studies
• Understanding of client's working capital cycle and business needs
• Ability to drive acquisition and cross-sell initiatives
• Strong focus on service delivery and complaint resolution within service level agreements
• Adherence to control and compliance requirements and quality standards
• Collaborative mindset to improve ways of working and support team empowerment
