Job Description

As a PPC & SEO Specialist, you will drive high-quality traffic, leads, and results for diverse clients. You will manage paid search campaigns and organic search strategies in a fast-paced advertising agency, working collaboratively and presenting insights directly to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and SEO in an agency or high-volume digital environment
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Excellent copywriting and keyword strategy skills
  • Proficient in Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Looker Studio (Data Studio)
  • HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and budget handling
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable, and performance-driven
  • Brings energy and humour during campaign crunch times

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights for paid and organic strategies
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and domain authority
  • Monitor and adjust SEO tactics based on algorithm changes, competitor activity, and business goals
  • Use Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar tools to track campaign performance and SEO progress
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other key metrics
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO and PPC best practices
  • Liaise with Account Managers to align digital strategy with client objectives and brand tone
  • Present campaign results and insights in client meetings with engaging communication
