Job Description
As a PPC & SEO Specialist, you will drive high-quality traffic, leads, and results for diverse clients. You will manage paid search campaigns and organic search strategies in a fast-paced advertising agency, working collaboratively and presenting insights directly to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and SEO in an agency or high-volume digital environment
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Excellent copywriting and keyword strategy skills
- Proficient in Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and budget handling
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, adaptable, and performance-driven
- Brings energy and humour during campaign crunch times
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights for paid and organic strategies
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and domain authority
- Monitor and adjust SEO tactics based on algorithm changes, competitor activity, and business goals
- Use Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar tools to track campaign performance and SEO progress
- Create insightful reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other key metrics
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO and PPC best practices
- Liaise with Account Managers to align digital strategy with client objectives and brand tone
- Present campaign results and insights in client meetings with engaging communication
