Job Description

Wetpaint Advertising seeks a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including TikTok, X, Meta, and others. The role requires collaboration with marketing and content teams, managing budgets, analysing data, and implementing best practices to maximise campaign ROI and performance.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in paid media management or digital advertising
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimisation techniques
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, X, Meta, and more
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing objectives and messaging
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimisation to drive campaign effectiveness
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns to meet performance goals
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise campaign ROI
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Stay current with emerging paid media trends and technologies
