Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, digital media, or sales
• Track record in outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, email
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Results-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset
• Bonus: experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Bonus: CRM or outreach automation experience
• Bonus: branding or email marketing experience
• Bonus: experience with influencers or creator platforms

Responsibilities

• Drive outreach to attract and convert high-potential creators
• Manage and optimise outreach team performance
• Test and develop new acquisition channels including paid and partnerships
• Build brand strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create content ideas to position the company as a thought leader
• Optimise digital presence for engagement and credibility
