Marketing Lead

Job Description

Lead the AME Small & Accountants marketing strategy and execution, driving revenue growth through coordinated planning, digital performance, and regional alignment. This hybrid player-manager role includes ownership of strategic marketing plans, team leadership, budget accountability, and performance tracking across product channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role
• Strong commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset
• Experience in a fast-paced, sales-led organisation
• Deep understanding of digital trading and assisted sales funnels
• Experience working across B2B, B2C, and channel marketing environments is an advantage
• Proven experience in both digital and field marketing
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at a senior level
• Ability to navigate matrix structures and work collaboratively across teams and regions
• Resilience and accountability to meet business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead AME Small & Accountants marketing plans aligned with AME leadership targets
• Manage and execute NCA and Inlife marketing demand plans across channels and products (SBCA, SBCP, Sage 50)
• Set and own the strategic and demand marketing plan for the region
• Run weekly performance calls and lead regional marketing trading processes
• Coordinate with UKIA digital and campaign hubs to plan, prioritise, execute, and optimise performance
• Be accountable for regional marketing KPIs: units, ARR, trials, SQOs, MQLs, CPAs, LTV:CAC
• Manage and report on the regional marketing budget
• Lead a team of 2 direct reports and 1 intern, plus indirect collaboration with the UKIA hubs
• Work in lockstep with IC strategic and brand teams to ensure regional marketing alignment
