Job Description

Lifestyle Connoisseur Club offers premium concierge services, seeking a professional Lifestyle Agent to manage client requests with discretion, deliver personalised experiences, coordinate vendors, and organise high-profile events.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or luxury service roles
  • Experience in luxury travel, event planning, or personal assistant roles is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-profile clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Established or quickly build a network in luxury services such as travel, dining, entertainment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to tailor services accordingly
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Spanish, Mandarin) desirable
  • Professional appearance and commitment to premium service standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships
  • Manage a wide range of client requests including travel, event planning, personal shopping, and exclusive experiences
  • Anticipate and resolve issues swiftly and discreetly
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality service and timely delivery
  • Assist clients with daily tasks including scheduling and travel itinerary management
  • Organise and execute private and international events aligning with client vision
  • Provide curated lifestyle recommendations based on client preferences
  • Maintain 24/7 availability to respond promptly to client needs
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information
  • Document client interactions and preferences using CRM systems
