Job Description
The Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) is offering a 24-month internship in Information Communications Technology (ICT). This program provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience within the public sector, contributing to the CGE's mandate. Successful candidates will enter into an Internship Agreement with the CGE.
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Between 18 – 35 years old
- Must reside within Gauteng province
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Computer Literacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must not have been previously employed by CGE
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as required within the ICT department
- Contribute to various technology-related initiatives
- Support general office duties as needed
