Job Description

Ad Talent Africa, operating within the Security Surveillance industry, is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. We deliver innovative solutions to protect assets and ensure safety, leveraging advanced technology and digital platforms to enhance brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Security Surveillance or related technology sectors, and a proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in integrating AI-driven tools to boost marketing performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in the Security Surveillance or related technology sectors (preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing projects and achievements
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, and similar tools
  • Experience in applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) for content generation and campaign optimization
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Self-motivation with exceptional time management and project coordination abilities
  • Expert Once in campaign management
  • Expertise in digital marketing
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and design digital brochures, graphics, and promotional materials that maintain a cohesive brand identity
  • Design, update, and optimize user-friendly websites on platforms such as WordPress and Wix, ensuring responsiveness and SEO best practices
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels, analyzing performance data to inform decisions
  • Manage social media accounts by creating content calendars, engaging posts, and driving both organic and paid audience engagement
  • Assist in brand development by defining and promoting brand tone and messaging consistent with marketing strategies
  • Track key performance indicators and produce detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights, offering actionable insights
  • Integrate AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Jasper into marketing workflows to enhance content creation, targeting, and automation
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI and digital marketing trends to continuously refine strategies
