CRM Manager

Job Description

Ad Talent Africa is hiring a CRM Manager for a permanent role in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will manage and optimise CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing to improve engagement and support school enrolments globally. The position involves technical execution, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration across a complex digital environment. The organisation operates in 50 countries and emphasizes innovation and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, ideally in Dynamics 365 Marketing
• Strong knowledge of multistage email automation and CRM strategy
• Understanding of customer data platforms and relational databases
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practices
• Confident working with third-party agencies and multiple internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of OpenApply, iSAMS, or API/data integrations is a plus
• Campaign Management experience
• Background in Digital Marketing
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email campaigns across the customer journey using Dynamics 365
• Drive CRM performance from lead generation to conversion and retention
• Collaborate with marketing, enrolments, and digital teams to align CRM with business goals
• Ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and preference management
• Provide actionable insights through reporting and dashboards using Power BI
• Manage CRM content strategy to deliver clear, consistent messaging
• Support and coach internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and campaign execution
