Requirements

• BSc, Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Civil Engineering
• Medically fit
• Pass client screening, including criminal record screening
• Pass client induction
• Unemployed
• Willingness to undergo psychometric assessments
• Background screening of qualifications by Fraser Alexander
• Must not have participated in a similar graduate programme
• Willingness to relocate to any Fraser Alexander site within South Africa
• Pays attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Eager to learn
• Positive attitude
• Adaptive and flexible
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
