Job Description
Direct Response Media seeks an Account Executive to manage sales targets, client relationships, and key account negotiations. The role involves client marketing analysis, reporting, and team performance management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of media industry (advantageous)
- Computer literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective planning and organisational abilities
- Excellent presentation and sales skills
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilience and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to work extended hours and attend social functions
- Own transport required
Responsibilities
- Manage achievement of sales targets
- Source and develop new business
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts
- Manage renewals and new business
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospective clients
- Monitor client spend and provide marketing analysis
- Negotiate rates for key accounts during renewal
- Manage sales representatives’ performance
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and sales forecasts
