Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role will be beneficial
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and explain insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions
- Process new insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
- Identify potential opportunities and generate leads for sales
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goal
