Fidelity Services Group, Southern Africa’s premier security solutions provider, is hiring a Technician in Cape Town to perform high-quality hardware installations and maintenance of tracking systems. This role involves providing technical support, managing stock, and addressing client queries, contributing to Fidelity’s reputation for innovative and reliable security technology solutions.

Requirements

• Matric
• Driver’s license (code B)
• Trade test in motor electrical electronics or similar (preferred)
• Auto-electricians qualification (advantageous)
• At least 3 years’ experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipment
• Action orientated
• Good fault-finding skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete hardware installations to the highest quality and within required timelines
• Repair, maintain, and install tracking systems
• Provide product support onsite and remotely
• Address technical and client queries
• Assist with technical evaluations and repairs
• Manage stock and tool-of-trade vehicle
• Provide comprehensive feedback to internal stakeholders
