Job Description
Salesworx is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant in Montague Gardens to sell print consumables for the graphics industry, suitable for gravure, flexography, lithography, corrugated, label, silkscreen printing, textile, non-woven, extrusion, paper mills, and plastic operations. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding the client base, and managing stock and administrative tasks to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience or proven work experience as a Technical Sales Consultant, preferably in the graphics industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional conduct and excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products to current and new potential clients
- Identify and contact new clients to expand the client base
- Achieve budget and sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving client concerns
- Increase market share and wallet share through proactive engagement
- Prepare quotations for existing and new products
- Present new products to clients, keeping them updated on offerings
- Attend weekly sales meetings to provide updates and align with the sales team
- Provide feedback on competitors’ activity
- Make a minimum of 5 qualified customer calls per day
- Check internal inventory to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with the admin team on stock pricing for quotes
- Check other branches for stock if unavailable locally
- Follow up with the internal buying department for timely product delivery
- Participate in monthly stock takes in the branch
- Monitor customer stock levels, ordering frequency, and product types using Power BI CRM
- Capture orders via telephone or email and update the sales sheet
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes
- Prepare invoices with Admin and ensure proper order processing
- Communicate with the finance team to ensure client accounts are up-to-date
- Update clients on price increases or relevant information
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to the manager every Friday
