Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a team in Sandton. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, with a strong emphasis on agency-based experience, sourcing top talent for blue chip and multinational companies. This position involves writing compelling job adverts, proactive sourcing, ATS management, and client engagement.

Requirements

• 2–5 years recruitment experience
• Extensive experience sourcing candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, PNet, and other job boards
• Recruitment experience must be predominantly agency-based
• Prior experience working with blue chip or multinational companies
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms to manage recruitment pipelines
• Clear and confident communication skills with clients and candidates
• Business development experience (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Write compelling, high-converting job adverts across online platforms
• Conduct proactive sourcing using job boards including LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, and more
• Maintain and update recruitment pipelines on the ATS
• Screen and interview candidates, assess suitability, and present shortlisted profiles to clients
• Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment life cycle
• Support internal reporting requirements
• Maintain detailed sourcing documentation
