Job Description

The Student Recruitment Advisor will promote Stadio to prospective students by providing information on academic programs, admissions, and campus life. The role focuses on meeting enrolment targets, maintaining relationships with schools and families, and supporting recruitment events. It involves direct sales activities and administrative duties to support successful student recruitment.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to work well within a diverse team and fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills, courteous and clear
• Competency in word processing and spreadsheets
• Experience with Student Information Management System (SIMS) or equivalent
• Flexibility to work varied hours
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• PR, Sales, and Marketing experience advantageous
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Effective time management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted consultations with prospective students
• Engage in email and SMS campaigns
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales records
• Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual enrolment targets
• Perform follow-ups and generate additional revenue
• Assist in organizing campus open days and application events
• Support on-campus events
• Meet call and email targets to students
• Complete daily recruitment activities
• Maintain accurate student documents and upload appropriately
• Fulfill reasonable administrative functions as requested
• Work collaboratively as a team player
