Job Description

As a Senior Supervisor Trolleys at Cape Town International Airport, you will oversee the maintenance and management of trolley assets to ensure operational efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinators, you will analyze operational trends, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Your leadership will support a well-staffed team and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to the smooth operation of airport support services.

Requirements

• National Diploma in logistics/facilities management/operations is essential.
• 4 years operational business experience is essential.
• 1-year operational supervisory experience is essential.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s License Code B.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance of assets when required.
• Analyse and trend operational activities to create efficiency.
• Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Compile, manage, and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budget.
• Monitor resources to ensure operational needs are met.
• Provide input into workforce planning and implement approved labour plans to ensure team is suitably staffed to meet sub-functional objectives.
• Compile and submit monthly Management reports as required.
• Build, support, and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
• Implement remedial actions where required.
