Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships as primary contact
• Manage entire project lifecycle from brief to campaign launch
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver projects
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources
• Identify challenges and implement solutions proactively
• Write clear, concise creative briefs aligned with client objectives
• Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines for timely delivery
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates
• Collaborate effectively with creative, media, production, and external teams
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and report financials to clients
• Manage advertising campaigns across TV, radio, print, outdoor, BTL, digital
• Organize and manage client meetings, presentations, and reporting
• Understand client culture, business challenges, and market
• Update senior management on client developments
• Represent agency and client interests with professionalism
